Marty Keaney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vendor management and business continuity. Currently serving as the Head of Vendor Management and Business Continuity at Sound Credit Union since August 2022, Marty has successfully implemented a System of Record and processes for third-party risk activities within four months. Previously, Marty completed a Master of Arts in Global Affairs and Management with a focus on 4IR Technology Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2021. A professional sabbatical was taken from 2016 to 2020, during which travel and personal development were pursued. Marty held various leadership roles at Anthem from 2005 to 2016, including Vice President positions in Partner Management and Global Vendor Management, where major contributions were made to BPO governance and cost optimization strategies. Early career experience includes consulting at IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services. Educational qualifications also include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
