Sound Health Connects
Jeff Brugger is an experienced Fitness Director at Sound Health Connects since 2008. Prior to their current role, Jeff worked as a Marketing Manager at Microsoft from June 2006 to June 2008, where Jeff focused on marketing with the Xbox/Zune team and the US OEM Server team. Additionally, Jeff has been providing personal training services since July 1998. Jeff holds a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Sound Health Connects is a weight management and wellness company who work with employees of corporations/businesses to help them improve their health. SHC also creates specialized programs for individuals to include learning from a personal trainer, nutritionist, behaviorist and health coach via webcam. The accessibility of the program meets people in their own environment which brings down the common barriers to lifestyle change.
