Jen Tiesi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer operations, mental health, and education. Currently serving as an Intern at Sound since January 2020, Jen has concurrently held the role of Customer Operations Manager at Aditi since March 2016. Previous experiences include working as a Mindfulness Teacher at the Center for Child and Family Well-being, a Pediatric Mental Health Assistant at Seattle Children's, and a Program Coordinator at the University of Washington. Additionally, Jen has contributed to various roles in project management and retail, including a significant tenure at Nordstrom as a Department Manager. Jen holds a Master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and International Studies from the University of Washington.
