Andre Vovan

Andre Vovan, MD, MBA has held various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Andre has worked as a Regional Medical Director at Sound Physicians and as an Interim CMO at Inovaare Corporation. Andre also served as the Chief of Quality and Patient Safety at Tenet Healthcare and held multiple positions at Providence St. Joseph Health and Hoag Hospital, including roles such as Regional Chief Clinical Effectiveness Officer and Chief of Service, Critical Care. Additionally, they have experience as a President and CEO at Newport Critical Care and founded Mitochon Systems, where they served as Chairman and Chief Medical Information Officer. Currently, they are a Senior Advisor at THEO Transformation Advisory.

Andre Vovan, MD, MBA completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at UC Irvine from 1986 to 1991. Andre then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) at UC San Diego School of Medicine from 1991 to 1995. Later, they obtained an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Andre Vovan obtained certifications in Machine Learning/AI from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2020 and MIT Mastering Design Thinking in 2018.
