Anne Trail serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Sound Physicians since October 2020, bringing extensive experience from a prior role as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Envision Physician Services from October 1996 to September 2020. Demonstrating strong leadership skills, Anne oversees over 1 million internal charge transactions and more than 11 million transactions through billing vendors annually for Physician Professional Services, managing over $500 million in annual collections across various healthcare sectors. With over 10 years of expertise in Kaizen and Lean Thinking, Anne possesses excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong capacity for understanding financial statements and budgets. Additionally, Anne has successfully implemented three billing software solutions and has collaborated with IT teams to enhance system interfaces.
