Carol Lyn Ayers

Carol Lyn Ayers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carol Lyn served as the Senior Vice President of Post Acute Operations and Vice President of Operations, Telemedicine at Sound Physicians. Prior to that, they held roles at companies like Anthem, Inc., JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America Corporation, focusing on data science, strategy, and program development. Carol also has experience in consulting, project management, and call center leadership roles. In addition, they owned Brew Keepers, LLC and worked as a Mortgage Closing Coordinator at SERVICE LINK, LP.

Carol Lyn Ayers obtained their Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from the Community College of Allegheny County in 2005-2008. Carol Lyn then went on to West Liberty University where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from 2008-2011. In 2013, Carol also obtained a Prosci Change Management certification. In 2019, they completed multiple data science-related courses on Coursera to enhance their skills.
