Tushar Sonak has over 30 years of experience in software development and consulting roles at various companies. Tushar served as a Director of Software Development at Sound Physicians, a Solutions Architect, and a Senior Software Developer. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, a Software Development Team Lead at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc, and a Senior Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Throughout their career, Tushar has led teams, managed large-scale projects, and worked with a variety of technologies to deliver innovative solutions in industries such as healthcare, telecom, and retail.

Tushar Sonak earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Power Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in 1991. In 2017, they obtained certifications in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation), SAFe Agile (SA), Rational Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
