Philip Day is a seasoned trader specializing in institutional credit trading, with a professional trajectory that spans over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Trader at Sound Point Capital Management, LP since 2015, Philip has previously held notable positions at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP as a Trader for the Credit Opportunities Fund and at Plainfield Asset Management as a Senior Trader. Additionally, Philip worked at RBC Capital Markets as a High Yield Bond Trader. Educationally, Philip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University.
