Amanda Johnson

Amanda Johnson is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as a Senior Environmental Specialist - Operations Compliance at Sound Transit since July 2023. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as an Environmental Specialist at Exotic Metals Forming, a Division of Parker Aerospace, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with state and federal environmental laws and corporate policies. Amanda's extensive experience also includes over a decade at Analytical Resources, where roles spanned from Environmental Project Manager/Environmental Scientist to Sample Receiving Supervisor. Amanda started a career in management as a Supervisor at Starbucks. Amanda holds an Associate of Arts degree from Green River College and a degree from Seattle University, completed between 2004 and 2007.
