Diana Holloway, PE, PMP, currently serves as the Acting Deputy Director of Enterprise Reporting at Sound Transit, where leadership of a team comprising data scientists and business analysts is central to producing impactful agency reports and integrating diverse data sources for performance analysis. Prior experience includes strategic advisory roles focusing on agency oversight and the management of street use operations for the City of Seattle, where Diana managed large teams and complex projects, coordinated cross-departmental efforts for capital program acceleration, and achieved significant cost savings. Earlier positions in Caltrans and Kleinfelder involved engineering and project coordination for infrastructure development. Diana holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the University of California, Berkeley.
