Kristin Maidt

Kristin Maidt serves as the Finance Manager for Revenue and Financing Strategies at Sound Transit, a position held since February 2022, where responsibilities include long-range financial planning, TIFIA, debt, and grants support. Prior roles at Sound Transit include Senior Program Manager for Finance and Senior Financial Analyst, also focusing on long-range financial planning. Before joining Sound Transit, Kristin worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at BERK Consulting, Inc. Additionally, Kristin was the Assistant Director for Research Analysis and Reporting at the Mayor’s Office of Housing Recovery in the City of New York. Early career experiences include positions as Assistant Project Manager at Metropolis Development Company, Market Research Analyst at JPI, and Development Coordinator at Madison Homes, Inc. Kristin earned an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy with a Finance Specialization from New York University and holds a BA from American University. Kristin is also an alumnus of Charlotte Country Day School.
