Randy Harlow

Randy Harlow, P.E. has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the public transportation sector. Currently serving as the Executive Project Director for the Lynnwood Link Extension at Sound Transit since January 2019, Randy previously held the position of Deputy Project Director - Construction for the same project. Prior to Sound Transit, Randy was the Executive Program Manager at WHH Nisqually Federal Services from April 2011 to January 2019 and served as Principal at WHH Construction from July 2006 to April 2011. Randy's career began at URS Corporation as a Project Engineer from June 1997 to December 1999 and included a managerial role in Washington Operations at Eliran Consulting from January 2000 to July 2006. Randy earned a cum laude Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington between 1994 and 1997, following an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from Clark Community College from 1992 to 1994.
