David Weiszfeld

David Weiszfeld has held a variety of roles in the music industry. In 2016, they became the Founder & CEO of Soundcharts. Prior to that, they were the Founder of bSHARP from 2013. From 2004 to 2013, they were with Universal Music France (UMGI), where they held the roles of EVP International Development (Mkg & Sales), Project Manager - International Development, and Project Manager & A&R Coordination. In the EVP role, they were responsible for frontline & catalog intl development and reported directly to the CEO. As Project Manager & A&R Coordination, they multitasked and learned from mentors while managing selected projects.

David Weiszfeld obtained their Bachelor degree in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute Paris in 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they attended ATLA / L'École des Musiques Actuelles for Artistic and Cultural Management. Prior to that, they obtained their International Baccalaureate from the International School of Paris between 1997 and 2002. Additionally, in December 2020, they obtained an Executive Leadership certification from LinkedIn.
