Isha Smith

Isha Smith currently serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards at SoundCloud, a role held since September 2021. Prior to this position, Isha worked at The Open University as a Senior Reward, Benefits & Performance Adviser from August 2018 to August 2021, having previously held the role of Reward, Benefits & Performance Adviser there. Isha's experience also includes positions at Spire Healthcare Group plc as a Benefits Analyst and Benefits Administrator from August 2014 to April 2018 and a Support Assistant role at BLD Foundation, where editorial tasks were managed for the Black Letter Law publication. Isha began the professional journey as an Audit Assistant at Nitin Inamdar Chartered Accountants, focusing on internal and external audits. Isha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Durham University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Pune University.
