Sarah Bice is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at SoundEarth Strategies, Inc. since November 2019, Sarah manages a team and oversees all HR functions, reporting directly to the CFO. Previously, at Hart Howerton, Sarah progressed from HR Coordinator to HR Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a Notary Public, Administrative Assistant at Kartemquin Educational Films, and Program Assistant for the Environmental Film Festival in the Nation's Capital. Sarah holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and Film/Cinema/Video Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
