Bo Carper

Bo Carper is the SVP, Enterprise Sales & Client Success at Sounder. Bo has over 10 years of experience in sales and commercial leadership roles in the tech industry.

Bo started their career at Gracenote as the Director of Sales, Americas. Bo then moved to The Echo Nest, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spotify, as their Director of Sales. In 2014, Bo was promoted to Head of Ad Tech Partnerships at Spotify. In this role, they were responsible for executing and managing strategic partnerships with major technology platform providers in the Ad Tech, Audience Data and Programmatic space.

In 2017, Bo was again promoted, this time to Global Director Revenue Partnerships. In this role, they were responsible for the commercial and contractual leadership for all business-critical platform partnerships that enable Spotify's Advertising business.

Most recently, in May of 2022 Bo joined Sounder as their SVP, Enterprise Sales & Client Success.
