Alexia Kauffman has over 19 years of experience in customer support and service roles, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Support at SoundExchange since April 2004. Previous roles at SoundExchange include Manager of Customer Service, Manager of Quality Assurance, and Senior Account Manager. Additionally, Alexia has been a voting member of The Recording Academy since December 2007.
