Maria Bokel is a seasoned professional in the music industry with extensive experience in licensing, artist relations, and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Licensing and Enforcement at SoundExchange since July 2020, Maria previously held the roles of Director of Campaign Management and Artist Relations at RoadNation, where significant contributions included developing initiatives for independent artists and managing live streaming logistics. Maria's earlier experience at SoundExchange involved customer relations and account management, ensuring data accuracy for artists and labels. Additionally, Maria taught piano privately for over a decade and contributed to music education as area Chairwoman of NVMTNA. Maria holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano/Music Industry from James Madison University.
