Gareth Wong

Gareth Wong has had various roles and experiences in the audio and software engineering fields. In 2018, they began working as a freelance music composer, sound designer, and mastering engineer. Gareth then joined Flavorlab in 2018, where they served as a sound designer, sound effects editor, and assistant foley mixer until 2019. Additionally, they worked in audio post at Flavorlab from 2018 to 2018. Currently, they are employed as a software engineer at Soundful, starting in November 2021.

Gareth Wong has a Master of Music degree in Music Technology from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Music degree in Electronic Production & Design at Berklee College of Music from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their academic achievements, Gareth has obtained the SSL Live Certified Training certification from Solid State Logic in August 2019. Gareth has also achieved Grade 8 Piano with Distinction from ABRSM, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not mentioned.
