Prior to their coaching roles, Andrea held several positions at Hearst Magazines from 2009 to 2020. Andrea served as the Northwest Director for HGTV Magazine, Esquire, Dr. Oz - The Good Life Magazine, and Town&Country. During their time at Hearst Magazines, Andrea successfully developed high-level client relationships and achieved significant business growth.
Before that, Andrea founded Athena Media Partners in 2009, where they worked as the Founder until 2020. Andrea also worked at Condé Nast as the San Francisco Director for Men's Vogue from 2006 to 2008, where they played a key role in launching the magazine and driving business growth.
Earlier in their career, Andrea worked as a Management Consultant at Health Club Panel Network in 2005. Andrea was responsible for generating sales leads and opening doors to key clients in the Southeast. Andrea also worked at The Media Company as the Vice President from 2000 to 2005, representing media brands like Vanity Fair, GQ, and Gourmet.
Andrea's career in media began at Condé Nast, where they worked as the Sales Development Director for Gourmet Magazine from 1998 to 2000. Andrea successfully grew new business through custom marketing programs and managed sales for various business categories.
Prior to their time at Condé Nast, Andrea worked at Meredith Corporation as a Senior Account Manager for Better Homes & Gardens. During their tenure, they exceeded sales quotas and managed accounts in diverse industries.

Andrea Wiener, CPCC, PCC holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University, specializing in Social Work. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Guilford College. Andrea has acquired various certifications throughout their career, including being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Andrea also holds certifications as an Aephoria AIM Practitioner/Enneagram, obtained from Aephoria Partners in November 2020. Additionally, they completed an Immersive Leadership Training program from the Co-Active Training Institute in December 2019, as well as the Coactive Training Institute/CPCC certification in July 2019. Lastly, Andrea is working towards obtaining the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, with an expected completion date in May 2023.
