Beth Heintzelman Sehgal (she/her)

Beth Heintzelman Sehgal has a diverse work experience background. Beth currently works as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at Chief, where they coach and facilitates group sessions for c-suite and future c-suite women leaders. Beth joined Chief in July 2022. Prior to that, Beth worked as an Executive Coach at BRAVANTI and Sounding Board, Inc in 2019. Beth also served as the Global Ombuds Program Lead and Organizational Ombuds at Kearney from January 2012. Beth has held various roles at Kearney, including Executive Coach, Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion, and Principal of Leadership, Change, and Organization Practice. Beth worked at Kearney from 1997 to 2023. Additionally, Beth has experience as a Leadership Coach at Special Olympics since January 2020. Beth has also served as an Advisory Board Member at OurOffice, Inc., Executive Coach at Evolution Service Corp and Accelerate Advisory, Executive Coach at NYU Stern School of Business, and Executive Coach at Hudson Institute of Coaching.

Beth Heintzelman Sehgal has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Beth also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Commerce from the University of Virginia. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Leadership and Executive Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. In 2017, they completed a Leadership and Executive Coaching program from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
