Prior to this role, Janie worked as a Product Design Lead at Salesforce, where Janie successfully led the design for two commerce products. Throughout their career, Janie has excelled in scaling teams and products, creating team cultures where designers thrived and were productive. With a strong background in UX research and design, Janie has contributed significantly to the development of various products and experiences.
