Audio Systems Engineer at Soundskrit

Anton Günther has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a trainee at Fraunhofer IMS and later at Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina in 2004. Anton then joined Sonavox Europe GmbH as a project engineer, providing support for various departments in the car audio division.

In 2010, Anton became a senior DSP engineer at Two Pi GmbH, where they developed and implemented sound processing algorithms for hearing aids and safety equipment. Anton also worked on a research project focused on active noise cancellation.

In 2013, Anton briefly worked on a research project at Mixgenius (now LANDR) before joining Babel Media as an LQA tester for German localization in 2014. Anton then transitioned to HiFiBerry.com, where they worked in sales and marketing, managing reseller networks, handling OEM client projects, and providing end-user support.

From 2017 to 2021, Anton held technical project manager positions at both earAccess and World Wide Hearing. At earAccess, they oversaw technical aspects and project management, while at World Wide Hearing, they were responsible for technology-related initiatives aimed at improving access to hearing aids and audiological services in developing countries.

Currently, Anton is an audio systems engineer at Soundskrit, where they perform benchmarking of audio solutions and runs the software acoustics lab.

Throughout their career, Anton has gained expertise in audio technology, project management, technical support, and research. Anton'sexperience spans various domains, including car audio, hearing aid technology, and audio systems engineering.

Anton Günther began their education in 2002 at Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied Elektrotechnik und Elektronik. Anton completed this program in 2006. In 2006, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Acoustics at Aalborg University, which they completed in 2007. In 2017, Anton attended Nova Southeastern University and earned Certificates in Audiology Assistant in 2018.
