Rob Neal has over 30 years of work experience in sales and account management roles. Rob is currently working as a Sales Director at SoundThinking. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Sales Director at Tyler Technologies, where they started in 2019. Before Tyler Technologies, Rob held various positions at WorkForce Software, including Vice President Sales, East Region and Regional Vice President Of Sales. Rob has also worked at ProSight, Artemis, Versys Corporation, Danka Office Imaging, Eastman Kodak, Johnson Controls, and Greif. Throughout their career, Rob has consistently achieved sales targets and exceeded quotas. Their responsibilities have included managing the sales process, conducting product demonstrations, and developing business plans for market penetration and growth. Rob has a proven track record of providing customer-focused solutions and driving revenue growth.

Rob Neal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Prior to attending university, Rob Neal completed their high school education at Midland High School.
