Richard Rhoads

Richard Rhoads is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the finance and digital advertising sectors. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Soundwave Digital since January 2022, Rhoads focuses on programmatic strategy and execution with a robust trading team. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of R6 Capital Group LLC since March 2010, Rhoads specializes in providing capital raising and consulting services to hedge funds and private equity. Previously, Rhoads held leadership positions as Founder and CEO of Maymont Partners, Inc., and as Vice President at both Deutsche Bank Alex.Brown Inc. and BB&T Scott & Stringfellow. Rhoads holds an MBA from the University of Richmond and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, following an education at Woodberry Forest School.
