Paul Bellegarde

Paul is a licensed lawyer (VA, MD and DC), law instructor, published author, Virginia State Bar official, and public speaker, with over 30 years of professional experience in the Mid-Atlantic Regional and Washington-Area markets. Prior to joining SoundWay, his experience included Law Partner at a large, local law firm, and as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Counsel for a large locally-based real estate services firm. As EVP he was responsible for the company’s commercial real estate management and brokerage activities, as well as all legal operations; the company’s management and leasing portfolio comprised over 100 properties in the greater Washington metropolitan area with an aggregate property value of over $3 billion, and employed over 600 combined personnel at its company headquarters and in the field. Paul brings big-business fiscal and legal acumen and practice to SoundWay. Paul earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University; and he received his Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
