Michael Huffstetler

Michael Huffstetler serves as the CFO and General Counsel at VerAleo since 2015, bringing extensive experience in both legal and financial domains. Prior advisory roles include serving as a Tax, Legal, and Lobbying Advisor at Diality from 2017 to 2019. Michael held a position on the Board of Directors for Potbelly Sandwich Works from 2007 to 2013 and was a Partner at Ivins, Phillips & Barker from 1991 to 2013, where leadership roles included chairing the Recruiting and Pension Administration Committees and participation on the Management Committee. Early career experiences encompass various tax and audit roles, including positions at Loy & Wortman, the National Automobile Dealers Association, Clarkson, Harden & Gantt, and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
