Gebre Waddell

Gebre Waddell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the music and entertainment industry. As the Founder and CEO of Sound Credit since April 2021, Waddell also contributes significantly as the Secretary/Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of The Recording Academy's National Board of Trustees. Additionally, Waddell serves as Chairman of the Board for the Tennessee Film, Entertainment and Music Commission and has held multiple board positions appointed by state governors. Waddell is the Owner of Stonebridge Mastering since 2002 and previously founded Soundways. As an author, Waddell wrote books for McGraw-Hill Education from 2011 to 2013. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Music from The University of Memphis, attained between 2002 and 2007.
