Kevin MacDonald

Kevin MacDonald has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kevin began their career as an Area Manager at the 2009 NFL Experience, where they managed volunteers and handled customer service. Kevin then transitioned to the University of Tampa Campus Recreation as an Intramural Sports Intern, where they gained experience in event coordination, conflict resolution, and administrative tasks.

Kevin then entered the field of technology staffing, working as a Sr. Talent Qualification Specialist/Technology Recruiter at Kforce. In this role, they were responsible for staffing for JPMorgan Chase and worked with third-party vendors and candidates across different regions.

Kevin then joined Veredus as a Lead National Technical Recruiter, supporting field offices with IT job openings and acting as a virtual recruiter for the company's DC and NYC offices. Following that, Kevin worked at Deegit Inc as a Lead Technical Recruiter, leading the onshore recruiting efforts and sourcing high-level IT candidates nationally to fulfill clients' IT needs.

Kevin later transitioned into project management, serving as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator at IT Authorities. Kevin managed client onboarding, IT infrastructure improvements, and various projects involving network upgrades, cloud management, and new user onboardings. Currently, Kevin holds the position of Project Manager at Source 1 Solutions Inc, where they provide project management and coordination for large global clients. Kevin oversees projects such as the Tyson Foods Lifecycle Project, managing a team responsible for PC migrations.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong skills in project management, recruiting, client relations, and team leadership.

Kevin MacDonald earned their high school diploma from Haddonfield Memorial High School, where they studied general studies from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they attended the University of Tampa from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
