Pamela Picard has a diverse range of work experience. Pamela started their career in 1983 as a Principal at Picard & Associates, Inc., where they provided corporate communications consulting services and launched a global initiative for John Deere. In 1999, they became the Director of Marketing at Q UP, where they repositioned the company for success and tripled sales, leading to a $100 million acquisition. From 2001 to 2001, they served as the VP of Marketing at The Middleware Company, where they played a key role in a successful merger and generated a $2 million revenue stream from email sponsorships. Following this, they founded Scarlett's Closet Sample Sale in 2002, an e-commerce platform that helped upscale bridal salons recover up to $10,000 a year by selling discontinued styles online.
