Jennifer Flynn serves as the Northeast Director of Business Development at Source Advisors, a position held since September 2004. With extensive expertise in identifying and documenting research and development (R&D) tax credits, cost segregation strategies, and energy-efficient tax deductions, Jennifer plays a critical role in helping companies optimize their financial strategies and claim available credits. Prior experience includes managerial roles in cost segregation at Marshall & Stevens and consultancy at MR Valuation Consulting, alongside engineering work at Matrix Design Group. Jennifer holds a BS in Materials Science Engineering from Rutgers University, with a focus on ceramic and material science, including specific courses in fiber optics, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
