Parisa Broukhiyan

Parisa Broukhiyan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2013, they started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Asan Motor (Hyundai), where they operated and maintained applicant tracking systems and collaborated with recruiting teams to achieve hiring goals. Parisa then briefly worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Asan Motor in 2016, focusing on talent acquisition and management, as well as improving office efficiency through effective communication. In 2018, Parisa took on marketing positions at Middle East Dance Academy, assisting in event planning, providing administrative support, and organizing logistics. Parisa then joined Recharge.com in 2021 as a Talent Coordinator, where they supported HR initiatives and owned the recruitment and selection process for various tech and product roles. Parisa eventually grew into the role of Tech Recruiter at Recharge.com, developing talent attraction strategies, enhancing HR initiatives and procedures, and supporting training and change management activities. Most recently, Parisa joined Source.ag in 2023 as a Recruitment Specialist, leveraging their expertise in A.I. to democratize access to sufficient fruit and vegetables.

Parisa Broukhiyan pursued their education in psychology and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from UCSI between the years 2015 and 2018. Parisa then went on to further their studies by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Developmental Psychology at the University of Kent from 2018 to 2020.
