Michael Raspanti brings over 25 years of experience in the furniture industry, currently serving as the President of Sales at Source Furniture since September 2024. Raspanti’s career began at Softview Ergonomics, now known as Humanscale, where a passion for the industry and essential sales skills were cultivated. Throughout the career, Raspanti held several key leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at Kershner Office Furniture, Sr. Director of Client Acquisition at Formcraft, and Director of Sales and Business Development at Advanced Office Environments. Raspanti has a robust background in client acquisition, project management with design firms, and business development focused on Fortune 500 companies. Raspanti holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
