Adila Cokar possesses extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as a Manufacturing Consultant at Source My Garment Inc. since January 2015, where expertise in sustainable product development and strategic business planning has been demonstrated. As the founder of The Good Tee, a sustainable fashion brand recognizable for its transparent supply chain, Adila has successfully achieved B Corp certification, significantly increasing the impact score in 2023. Additionally, Adila has taken on the role of Activist at Coralus, fostering new economic models for social ventures. Previous positions include Senior Product Development Manager at Pure Blanks Organic Fashion Inc., where significant cost reductions and sustainable practices were implemented, and various product development roles with notable clients such as Walmart and JC Penny. Adila’s educational background includes ongoing studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Design from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
