Cassie Christie

Cassie Christie has worked in a variety of roles in the customer service industry since 2013. Cassie began their career as a Bartender, Trainer, and Server at Buffalo Wild Wings before moving on to become a Customer Service Representative at the University of Wisconsin Kohl Center in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Merchandiser for American Greetings. In 2016, they became a Bartender for Bluegrass Hospitality Group and in 2018, they moved on to become a Bartender at The Blind Squirrel. In 2020, they were a Brand Representative for Heritage Distilling Co. and in 2021, they became a Brand Ambassador for Sourced Craft Cocktails. In 2022, they were a Sales Representative for Hiossen and a Customer Development Representative for Power Home Remodeling.

Cassie Christie's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Louisville, which they completed in 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in Sales. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Asking Great Sales Questions, Body Language and Women at Work, Enhancing Resilience, People Analytics, Persuading Others, Sales Fundamentals, and Sales: Handling Objections. Cassie also holds a Certified National Pharmaceutical Representative (CNPR) certification from the National Association of Pharmaceutical Sales Reps, which they obtained in May 2020.
