Gergana Pozgay

Gergana Pozgay serves as the Head of Partnerships for APAC at GFT Technologies, since July 2024, specializing in digital transformation solutions for the Financial Services Industry. Previously, Gergana held key roles at Sourced Group, an Amdocs company, where significant contributions included developing alliance strategies with major cloud partners and enhancing go-to-market initiatives across APAC. Gergana has a diverse background in business development and resource management, with extensive experience at HP managing global labor processes and leading project management for the Global Service Desk. Gergana is also a small business founder, has held various positions in consulting, and has developed a strong foundation in human resources and operations through academic achievements in Human Resources Management and Public Relations.
