Maureen Myrick is the Director of Client Services at SourceDay. Maureen has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the customer service and accounting industries. Maureen began their career in 1990 as a controller and then became a manager of customer service for NetSolve in 1998. In 1999, they became the software development manager for financial systems and then the VP of customer care for traq-wireless in 2000. From 2003 to 2012, they were a teacher and math instructional coach for grades 6-8 at AISD. In their current role at SourceDay, they are responsible for managing the client services team and overseeing all customer support operations.
Maureen Myrick received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Maureen then participated in the UTeach program to earn their teacher certification also from The University of Texas at Austin.
Their manager is Bob Pojman, Chief Customer Officer.
