Customer Relations Team

The Customer Relations Team at SourceGas ensures high-quality service for over 415,000 natural gas customers across multiple states. The team handles customer inquiries, manages property easements and access rights for pipeline operations, and facilitates the maintenance and expansion of gas infrastructure. Team members include Customer Service Specialists, who address consumer concerns and provide solutions, and Right-of-Way Agents, who secure and manage land agreements to support pipeline and utility operations.
