Anthony Fanzo

Anthony Fanzo has extensive work experience in executive leadership and recruitment. Anthony is currently the Chief Executive Officer of SourceLab Search since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President at The Bachrach Group starting from March 2013. Anthony also served as the Chief Operations Officer at RASE Ltd. Holdings starting from January 2019. Before these roles, Anthony worked as a Founding Partner at Jackson Lucas, specializing in retained executive search and helping small to mid-sized firms in various industries achieve their goals. Anthony also held senior positions at Staffmark, Spherion, A-L Associates, and Picard International, gaining experience in managing divisions, full desk recruitment, and client development. Early in their career, they worked as a retail stock broker at Goldman Sachs.

Anthony Fanzo pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Fordham University from 1988 to 1993.
