James Schindler

James Schindler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at SourceLab Search, a leading talent acquisition solutions provider. Prior to that, James served as the National Managing Director at The Bachrach Group, where they managed the entire hiring process to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates. Before that, they held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Staples and Wells Fargo. James'searlier experience includes working as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half and as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Throughout their career, James has gained a strong background in sales, marketing, and talent acquisition.

James Schindler attended Bishop Ford Central Catholic High School from 1992 to 1996. James did not earn a degree or study in any specific field during their time there. Following high school, Schindler pursued higher education at St. Francis College from 1997 to 2001. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management.
