Robert Yegehiaian

Robert M. Yegehiaian is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SourceOne HCM, leading West Coast Operations since January 1992 and overseeing the launch of various HCM products, including the Apex technology platform, in 19 states. Prior to this role, Robert served as Principal CEO at TIMEPLUS PAYROLL SERVICES and as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southern California market. Additionally, Robert spent over 17 years as the CEO and President of Payroll Perfect, Inc. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from County College of Morris.
