Reshad leads the business strategy, sales and solution delivery vertical in Bangladesh, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the development sector, focusing on agricultural livelihood, food security, farmer's institution development and entrepreneurship development.

Prior to joining SourceTrace, Reshad was a project manager at SEAF Bangladesh Agri Ventures Ltd. In this role, he managed the agro-SMEs’ promotion and capacity building through investment and technical assistance in the area of agricultural mechanization. This project was funded by USDA.

Earlier in his career, Reshad worked with CARE-Bangladesh, where he managed several development projects funded by the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), European Union and DFID. He has worked extensively with agricultural farming communities, fisheries and aquaculture industries, farmer organizations, small & micro entrepreneurs and government agencies.

Some of the notable projects Reshad handled include GOLDA Projects and FAO funded projects in various countries like Nepal, India, Vietnam, Thailand and Norway. Reshad also participated in various programmes conducted by John Hopkins University, British Council, Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

Reshad has a Master’s degree in Aquaculture & Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries (Hon.) from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), Mymensingh.
