Sebastien Savard

Sebastien Savard is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Co-Founder of Co//app, a collaborative platform for talent pipelining established in November 2023. Savard co-founded Sourcinc in February 2015, where the company has successfully served over 600 clients across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, entertainment, and technology, with operations in multiple regions including Canada, the US, APAC, and Europe. Additionally, Savard is a Partner at Aura Recherche de Cadres since 2021, and previously held the position of Co-Director General at Les Sources Humaines from 2018 to 2022. Experience also includes roles at Newton Attraction as a Partner, where Savard contributed to employer branding prior to the company's acquisition by Brandbourg.
