Aliye Kurt - Suedhoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate psychology and higher education. As a partner and senior consultant at Sourisseaux / Partners since September 2011, Aliye specializes in facilitating transformation processes for organizations, teams, and individuals. Previously, Aliye founded and owned SetSail Coaching, focusing on leadership and personal development through training and assessments from April 2008 to December 2017. Academic contributions include lecturing in International Human Resource Management at IUBH University of Applied Sciences and serving on the faculty at European Business School, Germany, where topics covered included Organizational Change and Group Dynamics. Aliye has also held faculty positions at various institutions, including University College Utrecht and Douglas College. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Social Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a BSc in Business Administration from Bilkent University, among other degrees in Social Psychology.
