Mark Day is an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in server management, application programming, and technical support. Currently serving at South African Broadband Education Networks since June 2016, Mark manages technical staff and network operations while overseeing research and development on new technologies. Previously, Mark held the same title at e-Schools' Network from August 2012 to September 2022, where responsibilities included client acquisition, domain management, and technical support. Additionally, Mark served as an Executive Committee Member for the Wireless Access Providers Association from September 2014 to September 2015 and started as a Software Developer at e-School's Network from April 2008 to August 2013, focusing on software development and server maintenance. Mark's education includes time at Diocesan College (Bishops) from 2001 to 2005 and Western Province Proprietary School from 1998 to 2000.
