Nadia Starr is an accomplished professional in the fields of education and qualifications management, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Groningen Declaration Network, as well as several organizations including the Council on Higher Education, UmalusiSA, and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations. Since September 2021, Nadia has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Official South African Qualifications Authority, where responsibilities also include serving as Executive for the National Qualifications Framework. Previous experience includes leadership roles at INSETA and the Western Cape Department of Agriculture FET. Nadia holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BSocSci Honours in Research and Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
