Alice Boyd

Alice Boyd is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Human Capital & Development at the South African Revenue Service since October 2012, Alice oversees a national team and manages HR functions for a portfolio of 2,700 employees across multiple operational divisions. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Barclays Africa Group Limited, where Alice managed HR operations for 13 banks across 12 countries, and serving as HR Provincial Manager and in various HR roles at Absa Group. Alice began a career in psychology at the South African Police Service, specializing in psychometrics and negotiation.
