Mark Voss has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on community development, evangelism, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director for Project Villavicencio since November 2016, Mark Voss facilitates cross-cultural forums in Colombia, promoting cardinal values in The Americas. As part of South America Mission since May 2015, Mark Voss engages in discipleship and church planting. Prior experience includes directing regional initiatives at Fundación Comunidad Viva, where community renewal and family unity were emphasized. Mark Voss also held positions in sales and management at Lime Energy and Voss Lighting, along with educational attainment in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and advanced Spanish communication from Instituto de Lengua Española in Costa Rica.

We exist to see the Church of Jesus Christ multiplied and transforming communities by embodying the Kingdom of God. It is our goal as an organization to be an abiding, loving, redemptive, suffering and growing community to whom people say "Let us go with you, for we have heard God is with you.” (Zechariah 8.23) Since 1914, we have served in South America, offering the hope of the gospel through discipleship, theological training, holistic ministry, education, medical services, aviation, and church planting. In all things, we desire to see the communities of South America beautifully redeemed through the local church, and we aim to enable and equip South Americans for ministry.
