We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as South Asia Pakistan Terminals Limited under Hutchison Port Holdings Group (HPH) which is in the business of ports and shipping since 1969. The HPH network of port operations comprises 319 berths in 52 ports, spanning 26 countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australasia. South Asia Pakistan Terminals Limited (SAPTL) would be Pakistan’s largest and first Deep Water Container Terminal at Karachi Port which will have state of the art facilities including most efficient and modern terminal container handling equipment to cater for initiation of Super Post-Panamax sized ships to visit Pakistan. The Deep Water Port is a KPT project with investment of approximately US$ 1.2 Billion to significantly enhance berth productivity in line with international standards.
