John Howenstine is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in the mortgage sector, currently serving as a Banking Officer at South Atlantic Bank since July 2020, where responsibilities include roles as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Secondary Market/Encompass Administrator. Prior to this, John held the position of Territory Manager at US Foods and gained valuable experience in the service industry as a server at The Chesapeake House. Additional experience includes working as an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life and serving as the Vice President of Community Service for Delta Sigma Pi. John is an alumnus of Coastal Carolina University, having completed studies from 2013 to 2017.
